Commercial planning

Order-specific export planning

Use these fields to qualify an enquiry. They remain indicative until the selected crop, source, packhouse, route and written order specification are confirmed.

Growing regions

Nubaria and other approved New Lands production areas, with Nile Delta supply where suitable; the exact vineyard and packhouse are confirmed for the selected lot.

Grade options

Applicable export class options and buyer-specific grading can be discussed. Final class, size range, appearance criteria and tolerances are agreed in writing for the order.

Cartons per pallet

Calculated after the final carton dimensions, pallet base, gross weight and stacking pattern are approved. The confirmed figure is stated in the quotation.

Indicative load planning

Pallet count and cartons per pallet are calculated after the carton footprint, pallet base, gross weight and route limits are approved. Any 20 ft or 40 ft reefer plan remains indicative until packhouse and carrier confirmation.

Normal transport method

Temperature-controlled sea or road freight is normally considered; airfreight can be evaluated for suitable urgent programmes. Final settings follow the crop-specific protocol.

Private label

Available subject to approved artwork, destination-label compliance, packhouse capability, minimum run and preparation lead time.

Testing options

Inspection, residue or other agreed testing can be coordinated for the selected lot. Scope, laboratory, sampling and acceptance criteria must be agreed before order confirmation.

Source-specific certification

GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, HACCP or other scheme status is verified for the selected farm and packhouse before contracting; no status is implied for every source.

Current commercial status

All pallet, container and specification information is indicative. The signed specification and quotation for the selected lot govern the order.
